Hi evryone:
This is a story I wrote a while back. If people like the first few chapters, I'll keep posting the story.

Prologue
Small waves washed serenely on a soft white beach in Hawaii. The sky was an inky black with small twinkling stars dotting the sky like a large number of fireflies. The moon shone brightly, its grey craters standing out vividly as it was full and very bright. At that moment, a bright light fell to Earth. As it fell, a loud siren sounded.
“Johnson!” a deep male voice boomed, “go and fetch the transmitter, its back. Quickly now, go!” As he said this, a man with white blond hair stepped in to view, picked up a small bolder sized black box, and began to climb a ladder that led up to a tall tower about 150 feet in the air. As he entered through a small door he exclaimed,
“Mr. Flan, I don’t think there’s anything. The box looks blank.” A large fat man with dark skin and dark hair rushed in to the room, snatched the box from Johnson’s hand and dropped it on to a large table with all kinds of instruments. He flipped a switch on the side of the box, and watched as it glowed to life. For an instant, nothing seemed to happen, then a long line of silver words appeared, accompanied by a rhythmic beeping sound.
“Talk to us, we mean you know harm.”
“They didn’t respond, did they?” the blond haired man called Johnson asked stupidly, “I think you’re out of luck Mr. Flan.”
“Oh shut up Johnson!” Flan said, “I’m going to get them to respond whatever it takes!”
“But sir.” Johnson said, “Do you really believe aliens really exist? You haven’t found a signal for 13 years. People are starting to doubt you.”
“Of course I do Johnson!” Flan said angrily, “now go and launch another transmitter.”
“But sir!” Johnson protested, “we,”
“Just do it!” Flan cried, and walked away.
Johnson walked quietly to a large launch pad, put another black box in a capsule, fixed it to a rocket, and prepared to launch it in to the inky black sky. Then, with a great spurt of fire, the rocket sped away, up in to the sky.
Out of Earth’s atmosphere it sped, past Mars and the other planets, to the edge of the milky way where it veered left, narrowly missing a black hole, and then began its search across the large expanse of the black unknown called outer space.
As the transmitter sped along, it was suddenly sucked in by a large amount of gravitational pull. Unable to resist the pull, it went along with the wild ride until it began to fall. As gravity pulled it farther, the cameras began to catch site of a large molten gold colored ball. Before the cameras could snap anymore pictures, the rocket landed hard with a resounding boom.
Chapter 1
Planet Zoto, and the Zonics
The sky was black, except for a small sliver of red where the sun was attempting to rise, but failing to do so. Strange sounds hoots, cries and squeaks could be heard as large birds (their color unknown) fluttered about. They had long necks, long heads with long sharp bills, a sharp spike on their heads, and long legs. Some stood on molten gold colored rocks, while others drank from a large expanse of black water. Suddenly, one of the strange birds gave a loud screech and took flight as a loud boom sounded. Hearing the sound, the rest of the birds took flight.
Miles away from the terrified birds, in a clearing blooming with strange plants, stood a large five story building made entirely out of mud. A large mud chimney about fifty feet tall stood perched in the middle of the square roof, dark smoke pouring out of it. As the smoke continued to pour out of the chimney, footsteps and familiar but heavily accented voices could be heard as strange creatures began to rush out of the building.
On this molten gold colored planet called Zoto, millions of light years away from Earth, where the sun only rises fully one day a year, lives the Zonics. They look similar to humans, but are very different. They all have black hair (the males ware theirs short, and the females ware theirs long). They have golden skin, dark blue eyes, and long necks, arms, legs, and feet. They ware long black fur garments with long sleeves, and long beaded necklaces that are different colors so they can tell one another apart. They are just as intelligent as humans, but use their intelligence differently. While humans use their intelligence for technology and destruction, the Zonics use their intelligence to help one another. The Zonics are a peaceful race, and do whatever it takes to keep their planet healthy and happy. They only kill for food, and never kill for sport. They take pride in living with nature. Like humans, they get in spats with one another, but always make up. They never hold grudges, because to do so would be considered disrespectful in their world. Like humans, they reproduce, but are allowed only two offspring per family group, as Zoto is only half the size of Earth.
As the last Zonic rushed out of the building, a male Zonic spoke up.
“Putluck! What is going on? Where did that noise come from?”
“I do not know Notac. I think it came from somewhere past the black sea. Should we go check it out?”
“First, summon Gonet.” Notac said, fingering his ruby red necklace, “His wife Drilla is about to give birth to their first child soon. He should be at home. He knows more about the sounds beyond our planet then I. He’ll be able to tell us if it’s dangerous, whatever it was.” Putluck fingered his white pearl necklace, then said,
“Very well, I’ll go speak to him now. In the mean time Notac, please tell the rest of the counsel to go back to work.” All is well for now.”
